How to buy
If you've bought a Solana coin before, skip to step 4. If you haven't, welcome — this takes about 20 minutes the first time and 2 minutes forever after.
Get a Phantom wallet
Install Phantom from your phone's app store or as a browser extension. Create a new wallet.
It will show you 12 secret words. Write them on paper. Actual paper. Not a screenshot, not WhatsApp, not "Notes". Anyone with these words owns everything in the wallet, and no one can undo it.
Phantom is free. Anyone charging you for a wallet is robbing you politely.
Buy some SOL
SOL is Solana's main coin — you need it the way you need petrol before a road trip. Buy it on an Indian exchange you trust (CoinDCX, Mudrex, ZebPay — wherever you already have KYC done).
Only spend what you'd happily spend on a cinema ticket and popcorn. That is the correct financial category for this entire activity.
Indian tax note: crypto gains are taxed at 30% and transfers involve 1% TDS. Your money, your taxes, your CA.
Send the SOL to Phantom
In Phantom, tap Receive → copy your Solana address. On the exchange, withdraw SOL to that address.
Check the first 4 and last 4 characters of the address match. Send a small test amount first if it's your first time. It arrives in about a minute.
The exchange will charge a small withdrawal fee. This is normal, and mildly annoying, which is also normal.
Swap SOL for $LONDAY
On launch day, a button will appear right here linking to the official swap page with the contract address pre-filled.
Paste-check the contract address against the one on our official links page. If they don't match, you are about to buy someone else's homework with our logo on it.
Confirm the swap. That's it. You now hold $LONDAY, and with it, both kinds of utility: the coin, and the word.
